Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in transparent billing and dispute resolution. Here is how we handle refunds and cancellations at TutorArc.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or if the digital service has already been provisioned/accessed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in cases where the product/service is proven to be defective, damaged, significantly not as described, or if we fail to deliver the service within the promised timeframe. You must report any issues to our customer service team within 3 days of receipt.

Non-Refundable Cases

Please note that certain items/services are completely exempt from refunds. This includes downloaded digital goods, personalized or customized items, and subscription services that have already been partially or fully consumed during the billing cycle.

Refund Processing & Timeline

Once your cancellation/refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) within 5-7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 7 working days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Initiate a Request

To initiate a cancellation or request a refund, please reach out to our support team directly at digital@tutorarc.com. Please include your Order ID, transaction details, and the reason for your request.
